Frieder Nake is one of the earliest pioneers in Computer Art. His first exhibtion of plottersletches dates back to 1965. Together with Georg Nees and Michael A. Noll they had their first show in Stuttgart, Germany, called "Computerkunst".
His actual exhibtion together with Matthias Krauß and Susanne Grabowski consists of early plottersketches from the sixties and contemporary installations.

C.E.B. Reas, who is known in the digital world as Casey Reas is one of the most interesting artists concentrating on different aspects of Software Art. He shows a range of recent work in different media like software, written text or prints.
Together with his partner Ben Fry Reas received the Golden Nica, the highest award at Ars Electronica 2005, for their website processing.org.
